Key Responsibilities
- Identify, sort, and remove defective products
- Pack products and prepare boxes for shipment
- Stack cartons and groom products on the production line
- Weigh and load boxes for shipping
- Supply materials to production lines, including cartons, tape guns, and gloves
- Provide break coverage in palletization areas
- Use plastic scrapers to separate products on shaker tables
- Assist with basic equipment assembly using hand tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work around moving conveyor belts and forklift traffic
- Comfortable walking on wet or slippery surfaces
- Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, and other physical movements required
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
