Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Recruiter with strong expertise in OPT recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Calling OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen candidates.
• Explaining company onboarding, training, and W2 payroll benefits.
• Onboarding eligible consultants onto company payroll.
• Handling W2 consultants and supporting bench marketing.
• Marketing bench consultants for C2C and Full-Time opportunities.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in US Staffing.
• Strong experience in OPT recruitment.
• Knowledge of US visa categories and W2/C2C hiring models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
