- Ability to leverage AI tools for learning, research, troubleshooting, test scripting assistance, reporting, and day-to-day productivity.
- Demonstrates sound engineering judgment and is able to review and validate AI-generated outputs before applying them.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain and execute performance test scripts
- Perform load, stress, endurance and volume testing
- Analyse test results and identify performance bottlenecks
- Produce meaningful performance reports and recommendations
- Work closely with development teams during issue investigation and remediation
- Track findings through validation and re-validation cycles
- Communicate risks, blockers and observations in a timely manner
