Job Description – Project Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales professional with strong experience in Building Materials / Luxury Lighting and an established network with Interior Designers and Architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales for building materials and luxury lighting products.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants, and Project Stakeholders.
  
• Generate new project leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and project discussions.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and closure.
  
• Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Project Sales experience.
  
• Mandatory: Experience in Building Materials and/or Luxury Lighting.
  
• Strong existing rapport with Interior Designers and Architects.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  
• Strong project sales and business development orientation.
