What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs for Non-IT roles
Proactively source candidates via job portals, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and shortlist potential fits
Conduct candidate interviews using reliable selection methods
Evaluate applicants' skills, experience, communication, and culture fit
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Deliver quality profiles within quick turnaround time
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
Hands-on experience in Sales hiring and Non-IT recruitment
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
