Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned SAP BTP Technical Architect and Offshore Delivery Lead to spearhead the architectural design, development, and successful delivery of solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform. This pivotal role involves crafting robust SAP BTP extensions, seamless integration frameworks, cloud-native applications, and automated workflows. Success in this position demands a deep command of technical implementation, strategic solution architecture, precise effort forecasting, and a proven track record of guiding offshore development units. The selected professional will serve as the critical technical liaison bridging global stakeholders with the development team based in India.

Core Responsibilities
- Architect and design comprehensive SAP BTP solutions, including native applications and side-by-side extensions.
- Engineer and deploy SAP BTP applications that seamlessly support SAP Cloud ERP environments.
- Architect and oversee integrations connecting SAP ecosystems with non-SAP enterprise systems.
- Execute API-driven integrations utilizing the SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Champion SAP Clean Core methodologies and propose scalable extension strategies.
- Convert business and functional mandates into detailed technical specifications.
- Formulate technical cost estimates, breakdown work efforts, and construct development roadmaps.
- Pinpoint technical dependencies, assess implementation risks, and devise effective mitigation plans.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of offshore SAP BTP development teams.
- Define development standards, enforce technical governance, and maintain rigorous quality controls.
- Partner with global project teams and senior technical leadership.
- Track development milestones, deliverable quality, and technical performance.
- Contribute to technical assessments, solution dialogues, and architecture review sessions.
