Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer with a background of seven to eight years to spearhead our design efforts. This critical position requires a hands-on leader capable of directing a team while upholding excellence in user research, usability testing, journey mapping, information architecture, and persona creation. The perfect applicant will blend profound UX knowledge with advanced technical mastery of Figma to shape design strategy and effectively mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the design team by offering technical direction and oversight on all design projects.
  
• Conduct thorough user research, usability evaluations, and journey mapping to drive informed design choices.
  
• Create comprehensive information architectures and user personas to guarantee user-focused solutions.
  
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that design objectives align with broader business goals.
  
• Act as the main liaison for the design function, fostering clear and productive communication with product teams and business analysts.
  

• Hold at least 4 years of direct experience in UX design.
  
• Show proven leadership skills with a history of successfully managing design teams.
  
• Possess deep expertise in fundamental UX areas, including research, usability, user journey mapping, information architecture, and persona development.
  
• Maintain advanced proficiency in Figma for building high-fidelity prototypes and establishing design systems.
  
• Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities to collaborate effortlessly with cross-functional product and business analysis groups.
