- Experience hiring for E-commerce, Retail, Fulfillment, Beauty, or Agency environments
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines
- Existing candidate network in the Philippines is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
