【仕事内容】
Senior Manager, Service Engineerとして、半導体製造装置のフィールドサービスエンジニアリング組織をリードいただきます。
顧客先における装置の安定稼働と高いサービス品質を実現するため、Service Engineerチームのマネジメント、技術課題や顧客エスカレーションへの対応、人員・業務計画、サービス品質・KPIの管理、メンバー育成などを幅広く担当します。
また、国内の顧客や関係部門だけでなく、ASMの海外拠点、開発部門、Product Support、Service Operationsなどとも連携し、複雑な技術課題の解決やサービスプロセスの継続的な改善を推進します。
具体的には：
・Service Engineerチームのマネジメントおよび組織運営
・チームメンバーの目標設定、育成、コーチングおよびキャリア開発
・顧客先における半導体製造装置（ALD、Epitaxy、PECVD等）の設置・立ち上
げ、保守、トラブル対応、アップグレード業務の統括
・装置トラブルや重大な技術課題に対するエスカレーション対応、および迅速な
問題解決のリード
・顧客との定期的なコミュニケーションを通じたサービス品質および顧客満足度の向上
・装置稼働率、サービス品質、安全、対応スピード等のKPI管理および改善
・顧客要求や業務量に応じた人員配置、リソース計画および優先順位管理
・本社・海外拠点・開発部門・Product Support等との連携による技術課題の解決
・フィールドで得られた技術情報や顧客フィードバックの社内関連部門への共有
・サービスプロセスの標準化、業務効率化および継続的改善の推進
・Service Engineerの技術力向上に向けたトレーニングおよびスキル開発の推進
・社内外の関係者との調整およびサービスに関する各種レポーティング
・ASMの安全・品質・コンプライアンス基準に基づくサービス業務の徹底
・必要に応じた重大トラブルや緊急案件への対応
応募資格：
【必須（MUST）】
・学士以上、理工系学部の専攻者
・日本語：流暢
・英語：ビジネスレベル
※海外拠点との会議、メール、技術資料・社内資料等で英語を使用します
・半導体製造装置業界、または関連業界でのフィールドサービス経験
・フィールドサービス、装置エンジニアリング、カスタマーエンジニアリング、または関連する技術職の実務経験10年以上
・チームまたは組織をリードしたマネジメント経験
・外資系企業での経験
