HK Codes is a coding and AI academy focused on coding fluency, AI confidence and future-ready learning. As a Founding Team Programme Manager, you will own the journey from qualified family interest to enrolled learner.
Reporting to the Head of University Admissions (interim), you will convert interest into a seamless, confident learning journey through clear family communication, disciplined follow-through and operational ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive B2C sales from lead follow-up and discovery through programme recommendation and close.
Build trust with learners and parents by explaining programme value, coding and AI pathways, formats and next steps clearly.
Own post-sale handover: confirm schedules, coordinate capacity and logistics, and keep commitments visible across the team.
Complete student onboarding at signing, providing timely welcome information, programme details and a clear start plan.
Maintain accurate sales and enrolment records, surface risks early and share insights that strengthen HK Codes’ growth engine.

Convert qualified interest into enrolled learners, deliver dependable programme readiness, and ensure every learner and family starts informed, welcomed and ready to engage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven B2C sales or admissions experience, with confidence moving qualified family interest to enrolment.
Strong programme coordination skills, including scheduling, capacity planning, logistics and cross-team handover.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain coding, AI and learning pathways to parents and students.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable owning both commercial outcomes and operational delivery.
Genuine interest in coding, AI education and future-ready learning; experience in education, enrichment or technology is valued.
