- Manages and supervises the Maintenance Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Maintenance Management
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Maintenance Management
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline is essential for this role.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior maintenance management position within the manufacturing or industrial sector is strictly required.
- Demonstrated expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, asset reliability and maintenance best practices is crucial.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary maintenance teams, optimize equipment performance, and oversee multiple maintenance functions while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards are imperative.
