Pay & Earnings Potential

• $25,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions
• First-Year Earnings as an Outside Sales Representative: potential $75,000–$120,000
• Top-performing Outside Sales Representatives typically earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually

What You'll Do

• Consult with homeowners and recommend window and door solutions.
• Conduct in-home appointments and assess replacement opportunities.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.
• Prepare quotes, present proposals, and close sales.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Stay current on products, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the day
• Frequently lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Work in varied weather conditions, five days a week, Saturdays are required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
