About the role

You will engage and motivate participants to engage in healthy lifestyles and address behaviors that interfere with healthy sleep, such as eating, stress loads, physical activity and more. You will provide engaging, practical, science-based seminars in a group setting to help raise awareness of healthy sleep behaviors and reduce health risks among members. You will also deliver group classes to support individuals in transforming the way they approach healthy sleep behaviors.

Job Description

• Deliver in person, at our respective client locations, whole health sleep seminars.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of data collected through education and training activities.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, health education, community health, public health, or other health related field required.

• Proven experience in presenting educational training in group settings.

• Adult and pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• 2 + years of experience in presenting health and wellness seminars.

• Cognitive Behavioral background preferred.

The compensation range for this role is $40 - $45 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
