Holography- Manager - Production General/Factory
- Run the production process of hologram, drawing up a production schedule; ensure that the production is cost effective;
- Decide what resources are required; draft a timescale for the job; estimate costs and set the quality standards;
- Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leading operations/production team for cost effective production & providing guidance for technical troubleshooting of process & plant.
- Helping in OTD and FTR
- Control production operations entailing product development activities as per changing market needs, vendor management, as well as handling industrial relations
- Responsible for ISO, 5S, QC and customer Satisfaction
- Maintaining OTIF
- Waste control & QC process check
- Planning and organizing production schedules.
