Responsibilities

Conduct thorough reviews of prospective clients' current coverage to identify potential gaps and opportunities.

Explain complex insurance terminology in simple, relatable language to help homeowners and drivers make confident decisions.

Maintain an active pipeline by following up on inquiries and nurturing relationships with referral partners.

Process new business applications accurately to ensure a smooth transition for every new policyholder.

Provide ongoing support for existing clients, adjusting their plans as their life circumstances evolve.

Collaborate on marketing initiatives that help bring awareness to the importance of proper protection in our community.

Requirements

Active Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license.

Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products including home, auto, and umbrella coverage.

Experience using comparative rating software to find the best value for clients.

Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.

Previous experience in a consultative sales role.

Deep familiarity with the Colorado Springs local market dynamics.
