Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and support to clients to enhance their well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Follow all care plans and safety protocols to ensure client safety.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation may be required.
- Must pass background check.
