What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care, treatment, medication, and rehabilitation support in clients’ homes
• Participate in pre-admission assessments and assist with care plans
• Offer triage support and guidance for changes in medical status
• Promote comfort, independence, and quality of life for clients

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
• Home care, residential, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience a plus
