What you'll do

Advice and active selling: Proactively inquire about the specific sleep needs of each customer, offering a tailored pitch and arguing the benefits of the product range to close sales.

Product demonstration: Guide and invite the user to try the products in-store (mattresses, chest freezers, and upholstered bases) guaranteeing an excellent shopping experience.

Campaign promotion: Communicate and drive the special 50% discount offer on the selected range, taking advantage of cross-selling opportunities.

Maintenance of the sales space: Ensure order, the correct presentation of the display, and the updating of promotional material.

What we're looking for

Attitude and commercial profile: Marked vocation for face-to-face sales, dynamism, proactivity, and initiative in customer service.

Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal fluency, cordiality, and results orientation.

What you'll get

Competitive salary: Salary equivalent to an annual gross base of 17,156.16.

SALARY: 17,156.16€

How you'll work

Availability: Start date from 15/10/2026 and availability to work in rotating shifts and weekends according to the center's planning.

Location: Residence in Ponferrada or availability to commute to the shopping center.

SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts.

Week 1 from Mon to Sat with Tuesdays off from 13:00 to 21:00h and

Week 2 from Mon to Sat with Tuesdays off from 10:00h to 18:00h
