Home Health Admission RN

We invite compassionate RNs to join our home health team as an Admissions Nurse. This full-time, exempt position with benefits is responsible for completing the initial home health admission in a patient’s home or health care facility while collaborating closely with the intake team, referring physicians, and other referral sources.
