CC Rehab is seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to join our Home Care team. As a Home Care Health Aide, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care that supports client independence and community inclusion.

Details:

• Location: Commerce /Mildford, MI
• Full-time & Part-time available
• Day & Night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personal care with dignity and respect
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)
• Support household tasks, meal prep, and community activities
• Promote client independence per care plans
• Complete required documentation

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• Home care experience preferred (training available)
• HHA certification preferred, not required
• Strong communication and attendance
• Valid MI driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
