K&K Healthcare Systems Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Toccoa, GA. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support to patients
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising clinical staff
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote patient well-being
Requirements:
- Current Home Health Aide (PCA) certification or CNA license preferred
- Previous experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
