Description

At Iowa Home Care, we believe care begins with people who genuinely care. As a Home Health Aide / CNA, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day by helping clients live safely, independently, and comfortably in the place they love most—their home.

Under the direction of our skilled nursing staff, you’ll provide compassionate personal care, support daily routines, and build trusting connections with each visit.
This isn’t just a job—it’s a purpose. If you love helping others, thrive in a collaborative team, and want to end each day knowing your work truly mattered, we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver who wants to build a genuine connection with a patient and become a trusted part of their care team. This is a part-time opportunity in the Adel area with a consistent schedule of 9:00–11:00 AM morning visits, 7 days a week, along with additional evening visits. We’re looking for someone who is patient, kind, dependable, and genuinely enjoys getting to know the person they care for. The goal is to find the right caregiver match who will treat this patient with the same compassion, dignity, and respect they would give a member of their own family. If you’re looking for a position where your presence truly matters and you can develop a meaningful relationship with the person you care for, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
