Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist License
• Minimum of one year of Physical Therapist experience in an acute setting
• Home Health experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
