Who We Are (And Why You’ll Love It Here)
At Promise Care NJ, we don’t believe home health care should feel like a rigid corporate machine. We are a certified Home Health Agency dedicated to transforming the heart of our patients’ homes into the center of their recovery. We treat our patients like people with stories—not just case files—and we treat our nursing team with that exact same level of respect.
We’ve built a vibrant, close-knit, and genuinely supportive community where you have real clinical autonomy, an incredible back-office support system, and leadership that actually listens to your needs. If you want full-time pay and benefits but want to keep your Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays entirely to yourself, our Baylor Program is the perfect fit.
