Electronic Medical Record experience (specifically Home Care Home Base)Home Health and or Hospice experienceSuccessful completion of high school or GEDMinimum typing WPM 40+2 years of experience with insurance authorizationsStrong knowledge of Microsoft systems (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, and good phone etiquette.Maintains confidential patient records in accordance with privacy and security standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable state laws.High-energy and detail-oriented.Pay ranges $24 to $29 commensurate with experience.
