Home Loan Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products, including housing finance, loan against property, and personal loans. This role requires a strong understanding of the housing finance market and the ability to build relationships with clients to understand their financial needs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients seeking home loan solutions. - Provide expert advice on various home loan products and services. - Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation. - Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth loan processing experience for clients. - Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of home loan products and housing finance. - Excellent sales and negotiation skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their financial needs. - Familiarity with business loans, personal loans, MSME, MFI, and microfinance is a plus. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
