Role Overview The Home Loan Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in understanding and obtaining home loan products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accuracy in financial documentation. Duties and Responsibilities - Engage with potential customers to assess their home loan requirements and provide guidance on suitable mortgage options. - Prepare and present loan applications, including documentation related to home loans, loan against property, housing loans, and housing finance. - Conduct thorough financial assessments of applicants to determine eligibility for various financing options. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, lending regulations, and competitive products in the home finance sector. - Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the loan approval process while ensuring all compliance measures are met. - Follow up with clients throughout the application process to provide updates and address any inquiries or concerns. - Assist in resolving issues that may arise during the loan approval process or after disbursal. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the designated systems. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of home loans, mortgage lending processes, and housing finance principles.
