Home Manager

To assure quality care and training are provided to individuals in the implementation and delivery of active treatment
services. To supervise the activities of assigned personnel in maintaining an environment which is conducive to the
individuals' development of increased functioning and overall quality of life. To assume responsibility for the overall
operation of the program.

Ability to work cooperatively with peers and supervisors.

• Ability to relate a positive image to individuals, families, and the community.
• Ability to understand, implement and monitor various software systems for training, record keeping and employee
management.
• Must have compassion, patience and ability to nurture.
• Must be able to read and write American English proficiently.
• Must maintain training competencies as assigned.
• Ability to prioritize work for timely completion in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License with required endorsement, along with an acceptable driving record for the
past three years is required to transport.
