Main responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Drive Up & Go (DUG) daily operations, including picking, staging, loading, and order handoff
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from order selection through delivery
- Monitor order accuracy, quality, and on-time fulfillment
- Supervise, train, and schedule Personal Shoppers
- Track and ensure performance targets and e-commerce sales goals are met
- Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of DUG and store areas
- Utilize handheld systems to manage and verify orders
- Ensure proper product handling across ambient, chilled, and frozen categories
