We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Branch Manager to lead our Montgomery, AL branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality homecare services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and supervise homecare staff, including caregivers and administrative personnel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and financial performance.
• Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
• Address and resolve client and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to align branch goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in homecare management or a related healthcare leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of homecare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and homecare management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or related field preferred.
