We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Nurse to join our team in Karnataka. The Homecare Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring that all care needs are met in accordance with established care plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
- Ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
- Deliver patient care in accordance with company documented clinical standards.
- Accurately record all relevant information relating to a patient's care or treatment at the time care is delivered.
- Communicate effectively with referring clinicians and maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
- Conduct basic assessments and vital monitoring, including temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and SpO2 monitoring.
- Provide hygienic care, assist with elimination needs, and support nutritional needs through oral feeding assistance.
- Facilitate ambulation and exercises, including position changes and mobilization.
- Offer psychological support and diversional therapy to patients.
- Administer oxygen therapy and perform nursing procedures such as steam inhalation, nebulization, minor wound dressing, and medication administration.
- Follow infection control measures and provide preventive care.
