Summary

Performs tasks as specified by the care plan or service plan in client homes during a specified work period to improve their physical environment.

Job Description

Functions independently with minimal supervision. Care provided includes housekeeping tasks and personal care. Serves as an observer and reporter of client status and/or changes in status to leadership.

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Strong oral and written communication, Proficient reading and math skills and knowledge of materials, equipment, cleaning methods and chemicals helpful.

Certification as a Nursing Assistant is preferred. When applicable, valid drivers license and access to an insured
vehicle required.
