Honda Parts Driver

Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Range: $18.00 an hour | Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

As a Parts Driver, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. You’re responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership in a friendly, safe and efficient manner.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda Irvine experience. This role is a great entry point to Norm Reeves for an excellent driver who thrives on providing an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely drive a company vehicle to complete timely tasks
• Pickup, deliver and unload supplies and parts from auto parts stores and other dealerships
• Keep organized and detailed records of invoices, log daily deliveries, and request signatures as needed
• Keep inventory organized and replenished at all times
• Notify the parts manager of logistics issues and if delivery vehicle needs major repairs
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance, like filling gas and checking oil
• Assist the service department with other duties, like managing the drop off and pick up of guests’ cars

What You’ll Need:

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Excellent follow up skills, frequently communicating with the parts manager and team
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
