1. Communicate with customers to provide suitable test architecture planning
for project scope.
2. Working with the APR team to ensure to correct DFT implementation and closing timing
3. Simulating and verifying the ATPG patterns
4. Analyzing and working with the different stakeholders to get the required
design changes in to get the maximum ATPG coverage
5. Developing, enhancing and maintaining scripts as necessary
6. Provide guidance and direction to DFT team to ensure operational and technical excellence.
