(Hongkong SAR) Campus Recruiting -  2027 P&G Graduate Program- Sales Account Manager

As a Sales Account Manager, you´ll directly take meaningful and impactful responsibilities as of day 1. You´ll be in charge of building a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that lead to sustainable business growth. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our product categories and markets.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Conduct customer-/category-centric data analysis to create growth strategies to lead key channel growth/add value to channel strategies
• Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed company goals
• Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising to drive the best retail environments
• Develop sustainable working relationships with key customer contacts and drive superior joint value creations
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
• Manage financial/instore/company resources to implement designed channel x category strategies with strong efficiency mindset

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Students expected to graduate in 2027 or people with less than 3 yrs working experience.
• Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
• Demonstrate ability of creative/critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong in communication and collaboration with others.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
