Hook Lift Driver
Job Responsibilities:
- To drive the Company’s truck for the collection and transportation of waste.
- To assist in the collection of waste from clients’ premises.
- To ensure that the containers/bins are properly secured/lashed to the truck, before driving off.
- To assist in the unloading, segregation, and storage of the waste.
- To comply with all Traffic rules, and to practice safe driving habits while driving the Company’s trucks.
- To comply with all anti-littering laws and to this end, ensure that proper containers/bins are used to hold the waste, for safe transportation.
- To perform daily maintenance of the Company’s trucks.
- In discharging the above duties, adhere to all Warehouse Safety Rules, and observe safe work practices.
Requirements:
- Possessing a Class 4 or 5 driving license
- With hook-lift trucks with roll-on container experience preferred.
