Hope House Shelter Supervisor

As a member of the Hope House Management Team, the Hope House Shelter Supervisor ensures the provision of high-quality services in alignment with the agency mission through the supervision of the direct-service team, functional management of the program, leadership in program activities, and provision of direct services to clients. The Supervisor also participates in program development and evaluation, resource and systems development, community relations and grants management in support of the Program Director.

The Hope House Shelter Supervisor supports casework and client support services staff in the delivery of community integration, supportive services (both milieu and individually based), and housing navigation services, including direct service provision, directing, and coaching direct service staff in service provision, and ensuring thorough and timely documentation of services provided.

Population Served: Individuals who are experiencing homelessness

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 6am - 2:30pm.
