About the role
From Randstad Professionals, we are selecting for a reference agency located in Sabadell, two positions as horizontal property manager
What you'll do
- Management of approximately 40 homeowners' communities
- Support in the accounting part of the internal department
- Conducting homeowners' community meetings (remuneration as an extra will be valued)
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar position
- Spanish/ Catalan
Nice to have
- Proficiency in the CISI CfinH system is valued.
What you'll get
- Permanent contract directly on staff
- Schedule: 3 days a week, finishing at 3:00 PM
- Salary to be valued based on experience, range 28,000-40,000 salary
