Experienced Caregivers Needed in Horseshoe Bay – Home Care
CareFor is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients at home.
CareFor is searching for caregivers who live in Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, Spicewood, Lakeway or surrounding areas, for two steady, ongoing 24-hour shifts with a client in Horseshoe Bay. Caregiver must be available for two 24-hour shifts beginning at 8am on Sundays and Tuesdays.
These shifts are not in Austin—please apply only if you can reliably commute to Horseshoe Bay.

What You'll Do:

Assist with activities of daily living as needed

Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes

Cook meals for the client

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Follow care plans and training to deliver high-quality, respectful care

Drive client to appointments and/or run errands for client

Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the CareFor team to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications:

At least 23 years old
-
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
-
Reliable transportation to drive yourself to Horseshoe Bay

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience

Reading and Written Communication Skills: Applicants must be able to read and understand English-language care plans, medication labels, written instructions from clients' families, and other essential care-related information, as well as compose clear, accurate care notes and communicate critical information in an emergency. These skills are necessary to help ensure client safety.
