Our solutions include indoor plants, landscaping, green walls, terrace gardens and plant maintenance.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new business across Mumbai.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, meeting decision-makers, understanding their requirements and converting opportunities into business. This is a field-based sales role with regular client meetings and site visits.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking and market research
- Connect with facility managers, architects, developers and other decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant solutions
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate client and sales information on CRM
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in selling to corporate or commercial clients
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings and site visits
- Ability to independently generate leads and drive sales
- Experience in facilities, interiors, real estate, hospitality, workplace solutions, landscaping or related industries is a plus
- Knowledge of plants or horticulture is a plus, but not mandatory
