Horticulturist/Landscape Executive

Job Summary

Ensure effective horticultural and arboricultural service operations by supervising landscaping works, managing tree care, coordinating site activities, preparing schedules and reports, and planning landscaping projects with cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth and safe operations of horticultural and arboricultural services to meet quality standards
• Supervise landscaping works and execute tree management tasks within designated work areas to ensure project compliance
• Coordinate work arrangements, conduct site inspections, and manage meetings to address feedback, complaints, and operational issues
• Prepare routine work schedules and service reports to track progress and respond to ad-hoc job requests promptly
• Propose, plan, and prepare landscaping management reports and cost estimates to support project budgeting and execution
• Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold high standards of integrity, leadership, and problem-solving in daily operations
• Manage work schedules to accommodate weekend duties as required, ensuring continuous service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Landscape Design & Horticulture or related courses such as WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management
• Entry-level candidates with relevant diploma qualifications are encouraged to apply
• Experience in the landscape industry is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to work independently and positively within a team

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm
