Hospice RN Case Manager
Location: Milwaukee County
Pay: Up to $45/hr and a $10,000 sign on bonus

- 5-6 visits/day
- Monday-Friday 40 hours
- No routine on-call or weekends. Limited to vacation and sick coverage.
- Dedicated after-hours on-call team
- Company vehicle provided
- Milwaukee County only
- Collaborative, supportive IDG
- Hospice Experience not required.
