Compensation: $108,000–$130,000 Annual Salary + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

At Envision Hospice, we believe quality hospice care starts with giving our nurses the time and support they need to care for their patients. Our RNs manage a caseload of 10–12 patients, averaging 4–6 patient visits per day, depending on patient needs and acuity.

What You Can Expect in This Role

You will provide comprehensive hospice nursing care in patients' homes, adult family homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. You will assess changing patient needs, coordinate individualized plans of care, manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

This is a field-based nursing position requiring independent clinical judgment, effective care coordination, and travel to patient locations throughout your assigned territory.
