Hospice RN, PRN
Providence Hospice and Palliative Care is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), Weekend on Call, PRN in Homer Glen, IL, and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for a compassionate RN to join our established, experienced hospice team. We provide exceptional patient centered care to patients and families facing end of life.
Schedule Available: Monday-Friday, PRN with evening on call and Weekend Availability Required. Mileage Reimbursement is included at $0.76/mile.
Pay is based on type of visit and on weekday, weekend, and holiday. Pay: $60.00 - $95.00/visit on weekday, weekend and/or holiday and type of visit. Hourly for this position for training and attending meetings is $35/hour.

Summary of essential job functions:
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Provide case management services.
- Conduct initial assessments of new patients.
- Travel to patients wherever they reside: At their home in the community, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc.
- Participate in an on-call schedule.
