Hospital-Based Programs (HBP) Analyst
Summary
Coordinates hospital-based physician onboarding and provider transitions, tracking milestones, maintaining reports, and supporting project governance across healthcare operations.
The Hospital-Based Programs (HBP) Analyst supports physician onboarding, provider transitions, and other strategic Hospital-Based Division initiatives by managing project documentation, monitoring project progress, maintaining reporting and dashboards, and supporting project governance activities. This role works closely with project managers, transition managers, operational leaders, credentialing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet established objectives.
The Analyst is responsible for maintaining project records, tracking critical milestones and deliverables, generating project status reporting, identifying risks and trends, supporting audits, and providing administrative and analytical support for multiple concurrent projects across the HBP Division. The role serves as a key resource for project coordination, documentation integrity, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Education
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting projects, healthcare operations, provider onboarding, credentialing, project reporting, or related healthcare administrative functions.
- Experience supporting multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and presenting reports, dashboards, and project metrics.
- Healthcare operations experience, particularly within provider onboarding, credentialing, hospital-based services, or physician practice operations, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce dashboards, reporting tools, or similar business intelligence platforms preferred.
- Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and maintain documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
