Hospital Manager - Shelby, NC

- Manage financial processes, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Ensure accuracy in medical records and client communication
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities
- Partner with leadership on profitability, productivity, and growth strategies
- Leadership or management experience required
- Veterinary, medical, or service industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams (10+ employees)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Established, community-trusted practice with a loyal and growing client base
- Strong partnership between medical and operational leadership, creating a collaborative and supportive environment
