Hotel & Lodging Operations – Front desk agents, guest services, reservations, housekeeping, facilities coordination, night audit, and property operations.
Hospitality Management & Leadership – Department managers, assistant general managers, general managers, and regional operations leadership overseeing multiple properties.

Serve as the Assistant to the NEXCOM Hospitality Group (NHG) General Manager (NF-5) and help drive excellence across a diverse hospitality portfolio. This role supports senior leadership in ensuring hotel and food & beverage operations are efficient, profitable, and aligned with brand standards, while enhancing service delivery for Sailors, families, and guests worldwide.

Food & Beverage Operations – Restaurant managers, cooks, servers, bartenders, catering staff, concessions, and quick-service operations.
Revenue, Sales & Guest Experience – Revenue management, sales coordination, group bookings, quality assurance, brand standards, and customer satisfaction programs.
Maintenance & Facilities Support – Engineering, preventative maintenance, asset management, and safety compliance.
Training, Quality & Operations Support – Training specialists, standard operating procedures, inspections, brand compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Corporate & Field Support Roles – Hospitality program management, policy development, analytics, and operational support that enable field locations to deliver consistent service worldwide.
