Description

Position Summary

The Hospitality Marketing Manager will play a key role in managing the day-to-day marketing operations across Atlantic Hospitality's portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and experiences.

This position will translate portfolio and brand strategy into coordinated execution across paid media, websites, agencies, campaigns, properties, and marketing partners. The role requires a marketer who is experienced enough to independently manage complex projects and external partners, comfortable working across multiple brands and stakeholders, and equally capable of understanding the larger strategic objective and managing the details required to deliver against it.

The Marketing Manager will serve as an important connection point between marketing leadership, the Marketing Coordinator, property teams, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations across the Atlantic Hospitality portfolio, ensuring projects, campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables remain organized and on track.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for external marketing partners, including PR, paid search, website, and other agency relationships.
  • Manage the Google Ads agency relationship, including campaign coordination, performance review, optimization discussions, and alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Manage the agency relationship across portfolio websites, coordinating website projects, enhancements, launches, technical needs, and property requests.
  • Manage and optimize Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns in alignment with established strategy, budgets, and commercial priorities.
  • Translate annual marketing plans and campaign strategies set forth by Marketing leadership into actionable timelines, deliverables, channel plans, and workflows.
  • Coordinate integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, digital, and property-level channels.
  • Manage incoming marketing requests, helping assess needs, organize next steps, establish timelines, and prioritize work against existing department commitments.
  • Coordinate with property leaders, Revenue, Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather information and move marketing initiatives forward.
  • Develop and maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, reporting dashboards, and tools that provide visibility into department activity and performance.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator to align campaign needs with social media, content, PR, influencer, website, and creative execution.
  • Support new property, restaurant, brand, and experience launches as the Atlantic Hospitality portfolio evolves.
  • Maintain strong brand standards across marketing channels and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve department processes, communication, efficiency, and scalability.
