Hospitality Services Team Member - Residential Aged Care North

As a Hospitality Services Team Member at WMQ you will support residents across our Chermside residential facilities, helping maintain a warm, welcoming, and caring aged care environment. You’ll provide essential services across cleaning, kitchen, and laundry, helping maintain safe, comfortable, and welcoming homes. You will:

  • Deliver safe food handling and catering services

  • Maintain cleanliness and a homely atmosphere

  • Support residents’ wellbeing with respect and compassion

  • Identify and act on health and safety hazards

  • Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping preferred

  • Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

  • Respect and empathy for residents, families, and colleagues

Essential Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Paid type

  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn catering, cleaning, and infection control procedures

  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
