What You'll Be Doing
- Serving meals and refreshments to patients in a professional, friendly and compassionate manner
- Taking meal orders and supporting individual dietary requirements
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and infection prevention
- Replenishing stock and supporting general catering operations
- Working closely with Catering, Facilities and Clinical teams
- Delivering excellent customer service to patients, visitors and colleagues
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering a high-quality service.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in catering, hospitality, healthcare or customer service
- A friendly, approachable and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
- An understanding of food hygiene and safe working practices
Working Hours
- Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Part Time: 15 hours per week
- Shift patterns: 6:30am to 2:30pm or 12:30pm to 8:30pm
- One Saturday per month required
